Study Abroad in a Foreign Country

An opportunity for Ohio State students to study at a foreign institution and receive Ohio State credit for that work. This course travels to Dresden, Germany and works with students at the Technical University of Dresden.

Planning for Housing

Introduction to urban planning for housing including the meaning and importance of housing, housing markets, demographies, supply, finance and policy. Prerequisite: Graduate standing or permission of the instructor.

Applications of Quantitative Methods in Planning

Applications of statistical analysis in urban planning; stimulation and hypothesis testing; computer analysis of urban planning data. Prerequisite: Graduate standing or permission of the instructor.

Case Studies in Housing

Review of empirical studies in urban planning for housing, including aspects of location, choice, mobility, cost, neighborhood characteristics and policy. Prerequisite: 752 or permission of instructor.
